Mildred L. Ross
Bradenton, Fl. Mildred L. Ross, of Bradenton, Fl., formerly of Easton, died on January 27, 2014. She was 87. Born in Tilghman, on December 23, 1926, she attended Talbot Co. Schools. Later she married, Charles “Charlie” Ross. Since the 1970’s they had spent their winters in Bradenton, and moved there permanently in 1993. Mr. Ross died in 1998. Mrs. Ross was a member of the Manatee United Methodist Church, where she was very involved in church activities. In addition she was also active in curves. Mrs. Ross is survived by her daughters; Donna Fox of Denton, TX; and Patricia “Patsy” Bridges (George) of Bozman, MD; sisters; Nancy Schnaitman (John) , Jackie Tarr (Bus) all of St. Michaels; one granddaughter; Cadie Bridges-Palmer (Miles) of Baltimore, three step-grandchildren, 4 step- Great- grandchildren, and 1 Step- Great-great grandchild of TX and VA. Also survived by 1 niece, and 5 nephews. Graveside services will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, February 28, 2014 in Old Spring Hill Cemetery, Easton, MD. Memorial donation may be made to the Manatee United Methodists Church Memorial Fund, 315, 15th St. East, Bradenton, Fl. 34208 Local arrangements are by the Ostrowski Funeral Home, St. Michaels, MD.
