Nancy M Keller's Obituary
Nancy M. Keller of Easton passed away on Friday, December 21, 2018 at Bayleigh Chase in Easton, Maryland. She was 91.
She was born on November 17, 1927 in Philadelphia, PA, the daughter of the late Thomas Moran and Ann Kennedy Moran. She was raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia (Drexel Hill & Villanova) and attended Notre Dame High School and Moore School of Art.
After a brief employment at the Federal Reserve Bank she married Sherman Keller, a teacher, corporate training director & retired air force major and they made their home in Drexel Hill, PA. She was a mother and homemaker who loved life, her church, flowers and her family. Her life was full with PTA, scouts, sports, proms and all of the things that come with raising 5 children.
Retirement meant a whole new adventure. Moving to Saint Michaels in 1980 she learned to sail, become a master gardener, participated in the Little Theater and traveled the world with her husband. In 1999 she moved to William Hill Manor in Easton and served on many committees and her condo board. She volunteered in bible class, chorus and the hospital gift shop for 28 years.
She was a communicant of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Easton.
She is survived by five children: Marcia Kintner and her husband Carl of Wilmington, DE, Larry Keller and his wife Christine of Kimberton, PA, Mary Jo DuPont and her husband Robert of Hollidaysburg, PA, Sherman Keller and his wife Maryann of King of Prussia, PA, and Nancy Bueneman and her husband James of Galena, OH, 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Easton. The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:30, Entombment will be private.
