At the time of his death in 1995, they had been married for 49 years. “Miss Nancy” took care of her family and also worked as a seamstress and Bozman’s Avon lady. She loved baking, making elaborate Christmas ornaments, and sewing Halloween costumes, wedding dresses, and anything else her family desired. Many may also remember seeing her ride in parades on her Arabian horse in full costume. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Theodore C. Richardson, Jr., a sister, Jo Ann Sylvester, and a beloved step-mother, Josephine Sylvester. She leaves behind a son, David T. Richardson (Lynn), a daughter, Lori A.
