Nathaniel K. Towers' Obituary
Nathaniel K. Towers Denton, Nathaniel King Towers died at the Caroline Nursing Home in Denton, on Saturday December, 17, 2016. He was 90. Born in the Lewistown area of Talbot Co. he was the son of the late Robert N. and Laura Towers. He attended Talbot Co. public schools, he then began a career as a construction worker. Mr. Towers worked for various companies in Talbot, and Dorchester counties in 1980 he took a position with Willow Construction in Easton, retiring in 2007 as Construction Superintendent. In 1954 he married the former Eleanor Clark. Then in 1993 he married Joyce Royer, she died in 2012. Mr. Towers is survived by his children; Debbie Towers (Millie) Keith Towers (Rosanne), Kenneth Towers (Kellie) all of Easton, Kevin Royer ( Laura) of Preston, eight Grandchildren; Tim Anderson, Jr., David Tyler, Jr., Melody Samantha Towers, Martina Towers, Melissa Towers, Matthew Towers, Hudson Royer, and Blake Royer. Also survived by two Great-grandchildren; Ian Tyler, and Sarah Tyler. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Rufus Towers, and three sisters; Helen Smith, Alice Brandt, and Sara Dreisbach. A viewing will be held at the Ostrowski Funeral Home P.A. St. Michaels, on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00PM. A chapel service will be held at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Hurlock on Thursday December 22, 2016 at 12:00 noon. Memorial donations made in his memory to a charity of choice. www.ostrowskifh.com
