Diana Heindl Lucas Nee Sitter
I was a good friend of Neil and his crew at University of Michigan. We all had a great time in LA when Michigan won the Rose Bowl in 1965, defeating Oregon State 34-7. Neil was one of the kindest young men with the most integrity that I ever met; and I can see from his obituary that he carried on through the rest of his life in that way. I celebrate the life he lived and the wonderful family and civic life he clearly enjoyed. I'm only sorry that we lost touch. I miss him still.
