Paul Wilmer Johnson's Obituary
Paul Wilmer Johnson of Milford, DE passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016 at his home. He was 77.
He was born June 20, 1939 in Mardela, MD, the son of the late Sewell Hunter Johnson and Bernice Mae Gillis.
He was a self-employed tree surgeon for many years, trading as Johnson Tree Experts. He was an avid football fan, always cheering for the team that was doing the best at the time.
He is survived by his wife Rose Ann Bradley, 7 children Jeffrey Johnson of Virginia, Brenda Short (Dan) of Millsboro, DE, Wanda Friedman (Paul) of Elkton, MD, Daniel Johnson (Angie) of Greenwood, DE, Dianna Sears (Wayne) of Seaford, Timothy Johnson of Harrington, DE and Christina Lankford of Wilmington, DE.
10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and his sisters Betty Grande of California, and Margaret Hughes of Glenburnie, MD.
He is preceded in death by five siblings Harry Johnson, Doris Rogers, Mabel Rathal, Pete Johnson, and Roy Johnson.
Funeral services will be held on September 23, 2016 at 11am at the Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg with Bishop Ray Parsons and Rev. Denzil Cheek officiating. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Cemetery in Federalsburg. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
