Paul Dashields Lee's Obituary
Paul Dashields Lee died at the home of his birth, near Vienna on Sunday, December 16, 2007. He was 89.
He was born on September 19, 1918 the son of the late George Dashields Lee and Grace Murphy Lee.
He attended Indiantown School as a youngster and was a produce and grain farmer all of his life before retiring in 1980.
He enjoyed growing vegetables, tending to his flowers, deer hunting, cutting grass, making evergreen Christmas wreaths and picking out black walnuts.
He is survived by his wife the former Marie Stoker whom he married on March 27, 1939 and two daughters, Linda Lee Adshead and Nancy Lee Hinnershitz both of Vienna, MD and six grandsons, George Adshead, Jr. of Chicago, IL, Danny Adshead of E. New Market, MD, Hollie Robbins, Jr. of Vienna, MD, Scott Harrison of North Carolina and Samuel ?Skippy? Harrison and Troy Harrison both of Preston, MD, six great-grandchildren, Dalton Adshead, Skye Adshead, Gavin Adshead, Amanda Robbins, Jenna Robbins and Kara Robbins and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two daughters, Barbara Lee who died at birth and Betty Lee Robbins who died in 2004 and four sisters, Linda Lee, Fannie Botjer, Clementine Butler and Dorothy Slacum.
Funeral services for him will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at Framptom Funeral Home, P.A. with Rev. Delmer Willey officiating. Interment will follow in Brookview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m.
