Ralph J Cummings' Obituary
Ralph Jackson “Jack†Cummings, 88, of Tilghman Island sailed to the heavens on December 26, 2016 from Easton Memorial Hospital, with his family at his side. Born in Easton, January 6,1928 son of the late Ralph Jackson Cummings Sr. and Maybelle Larrimore Cummings. He was a life long resident of Tilghman Island, retired volunteer firefighter and waterman. He enjoyed the water, riding his scooter/bike, warming the bench at Fairbank’s Tackle, and most importantly, his family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline L. Cummings and daughter Susan Cummings-Fitzhugh. He is survived by two sons, John Cummings and Thomas Cummings. Six grand children; Stacey Cummings-Williamson, Allison Murphy, Kyla Willis, Jaycee Cummings, Jason Cummings, and Heather Fitzhugh-Boehm, as well as, 11 great-grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 4th at Tilghman United Methodist Church at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ostrowski Funeral Home, PA. St. Micheals towards final expenses.
