The Family of Randolph Melvin Clark of Hurlock regret to announce his unexpected passing on Dec. 12, 2022. He was 94 years old.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 21 at Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg starting at 11am. A viewing will take place one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Thompsontown Cemetery.
