Raymond Edward Justice's Obituary
Ray Edward Justice, 45, of Milford, DE walked into the arms of his Lord on February 14, 2023. Ray was born on August 11, 1977 in Milford, DE. to William E. and Dolores Thompson Justice Carlisle. He graduated from Sussex Technical High School Class of 1995. Upon graduation he immediately joined the United States Marine Corp. He achieved the rank of Lance Corporal with the MOS 7051 Crash Fire and Rescue at Marine Corp Air Station, Beaufort, South Carolina. Ray served in this capacity until August 8, 1999.
Ray was a gifted welder and enjoyed that trade throughout his lifetime. He enjoyed fast motorcycles, and racing. His favorite tv shows were science fiction, superhero movies, and historical documentaries. If you went to an air show with Ray, he would give you a full history, capability, and method of rescue for each aircraft (bird).
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first love Stacey Schlabach Justice, and beloved mother in law Shelby Schlabach. Ray is survived by his wife of 15 years Stephanie Justice of Milford, DE, 2 daughters Autumn and Carissa Justice, both of Seaford, DE, a son Michael (Anna) Baker of Salisbury, MD, and a brother Rick Justice of Lincoln, DE.
Services for Ray will be Friday, February 24, 2023 at Crossroad Community Church in Georgetown, DE where he attended services regularly. Visitation is from 12 to 1, memorial service at 1 with a meal to follow. A full honors military burial will be at Greenwood Mennonite Church in Greenwood, DE at 4pm, following the conclusion of services at Crossroad. All are welcome to join in services in remembrance of Raymond E. Justice.
