Richard James Tull's Obituary
Richard James Tull, of Federalsburg, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2015 at UMSMC at Easton. He was 85.
He was born on September 12, 1930 at Finchville and was a son of the late Richard Tull and Anna Hastings Tull.
Richard enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and loved playing music. On June 1, 1957, he married the former Jane Elizabeth Turner. He worked as a night captain at A and P in Seaford for more than 36 years. He was a member of New Liberty Wesleyan Church.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Jane Elizabeth Tull, four children, William Robert Tull, Carolyn Kennedy, Kevin Michael Tull, and his wife Robin, Nanc-Marie Gump, three grandchildren, Elizabeth Miller and her husband Andrew, Jennifer Gump, and Adam Gump, one great-granddaughter, Hayden Miller. Beside his parents, Mr. Tull is preceded in death by a sister, Margaret E. Tull.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at New Liberty Wesleyan Church, 28414 Bridgeville Rd., Federalsburg, Maryland at 12 p.m. with Reverend Tim Wilson and Reverend Ed Elms officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the church two hours prior to the service.
