Robert Lee. Kopp, Sr.'s Obituary
Robert Lee Kopp, Sr. of Harrington, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at the Delaware Hospice in Milford. He was 77.
He was born on March 19, 1945 in Mount Joy, PA; the son of the late Benjamin Kopp and Ethel Gebhart Kopp.
He was married to Evalina Chupp Kopp.
After his education, he was a respiratory therapist for many years. Later he was a salesman selling automobiles, carpeting and swimming pools.
He was a member of Gateway Fellowship Church in Cannon. In his free time, he enjoyed working in his yard, word searches and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
He is survived by five children: Robert Kopp, Jr and his wife Shiann of Pittsville, Audrey Allgore, Jeremy Kopp, and Michael Kopp all of Harrington, and Jennifer Brown of Dover; 16 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; and five siblings: Katherine Bonninger of MN, Roberta Faye Heckert of VA, David Kopp and his wife Sue, Barbara Miley, and Kenneth Kopp and his wife Sandy all of PA.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 11:00am at Greenwood Menonite Church, Shawnee Rd., Greenwood, DE. The family will receive friends from 9:30 -11. Burial will be private.
