Robert E. Senulis' Obituary
Robert E. Senulis of Federalsburg, MD passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2007 at his home. He was 78.
He was born on January 19, 1929 in Pittsburgh, PA, son of the late John L. Senulis, Sr., and Anna Jaselskis Senulis.
He served his country in the United States Navy and was a veteran of the Korean War in which he was awarded an Air Medal. He graduated from University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He was a I.E.E.E. member of Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers of Bucks County, PA. He was a member of St. John Bosco Church in Hatboro, PA, where he was a cantor for twenty-seven years and was quite active in the Choral Society and the music ministry of the church where he arranged music for the organist for mass. He was also a member of the Bucks County Choral Society. He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Seaford, DE.
He is survived by his wife of fifty-three years, Betty A. Vogel Senulis whom he married on June 12, 1954, three children, Joseph A. Senulis and his wife, Benita Walker of Madison, WI, John C. Senulis, Sr. and his wife, Linda of Hatboro, PA, Anne Samero and her husband, Guy, Sr. of Federalsburg, four grandchildren, Monica Stone, John C. Senulis, Jr., Nikole Samero, Guy S. Samero, Jr., two great-grandchildren, Sabrinna and Brandon Stone, and a sister-in-law, Elizabeth B. Senulis of Cabot, PA. He was preceded in death by a brother, John L. Senulis, Jr.
A funeral mass for Mr. Senulis will be be held on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes in Seaford with Father John McKenna officiating. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery. Friends may call at Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg on Monday from 6-8 p.m. and a prayer service at 8 p.m.
