Ronnie Elliott's Obituary
Ronnie Kern Elliott of Greenwood passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Bay Health at Milford Hospital. He was 68.
He was born on February 5, 1955 in Milford, DE; the son of the late Charles M Elliott and Lois Murray Williamson.
He graduated from Woodbridge High School with the class of 1974. Later he married the former Debra Porter on September 27, 1975 and they made their home in Greenwood.
He later graduated from trade school and had a life-long career working for National HVAC in Bridgeville. Ronnie loved his work and enjoyed helping people. He was known to help people that needed assistance with a car in the ditch or snow and go camping. He loved to spend time with his family and grandson (Huckle Buck).
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Debra Elliott, two sons: Ronnie Elliott, II and his wife Amy, and Michael Elliott all of Greenwood; a grandson Aidan Elliott; a sister Shirley Harris and her husband Mike of Chatham, VA; a brother Curtis Elliott of Georgetown.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Mark A Elliott and Norris R Elliott.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 12:00 at the Framptom Funeral Home - Fleischauer Chapel in Greenwood with Pastor Maleia Rust officiating. Interment will follow at St. Johnstown in Greenwood. The family will receive friends from 11:00 to 12:00.
