Rosalind D Edmonds' Obituary
Rosalind Deanna Edmonds passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at her home in Germantown, Maryland. She was 68.
She was born on October 31, 1945 in Hurlock, Maryland the daughter of the late William R. Thomas and Anna Cephas Thomas of Federalsburg.
She attended public schools in Dorchester County, Maryland and graduated from Maces Lane High School with the class of 1963. She was an instructional assistant in the public school system in the District of Columbia and later retired from Alexandria City public school system.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Carlton Michael Edmonds of Germantown, MD, five children, Barry L. Thomas of Laurel, MD, Claudelisa Ronnette Thomas of Germantown, MD, Walter F. Brown and his wife Sheyla of Miami, FL, Damien T. Brown of Germantown, MD and Sharon Lee of Alabama; five grandchildren, Alexis, Dominik, Jayden, William, Gia and Ania.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 11:00 at the Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg with the Rev. Thelma Cephas officiating. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
