Sandra Delano's Obituary
Sandra Lee Meredith Delano of Bridgeville, DE passed away on June 12, 2020 at her home. She was 68.
She was born June 20, 1951, the daughter of the late Claude Scott and Hazel Wheatley Meredith.
Sandra enjoyed reading, bird watching, gardening, and most of all, spending time with her family and friends.
Sandra is survived by her husband of 52 years, Edward (Mickey) Delano, Sr., a daughter Michelle (Shelly) Delano Bramble and her husband Bob of Bridgeville; two sons Edward (Mickey) Delano, Jr. of Federalsburg and Mark Scott Delano and his wife Mande of Preston, MD; three grandsons Mark, Mason and Chase; two sisters Dinah Meredith Stayton of Bridgeville and Joy Meredith Pollard of Bridgeville; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Bonnie Sue Southard and a brother Terence Scott Meredith.
Services will be private at this time. A memorial service will be announced at a later date due to the current status of the Covid 19 pandemic.
