Sandra Rose Foster's Obituary
Sandra Rose Foster, affectionately known as "Sandy", passed away on Monday, July 12, 2021 at Caroline Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Denton, MD. She was 64.
She was born on June 3, 1957, the daughter of the late Chittle Saylor and Vert Ray Jones.
She enjoyed her family, listening to classic country music,_collecting Indian artifacts and attending pow wows. She also loved to shop especially going to Kohls with her sister Kathy.
She is survived by her husband, Steven Foster, her children, Bill Elliott (Gloria) of Dover and Johnny Elliott of Preston. She is also survived by her siblings Neil Saylor (Linda) of Felton, Earl Saylor (Sue) of Hillsboro, Delphia Sherwood (Frankie) of Cordova, Chittle Saylor Jr (Jean) of Preston, Kathy Post of Rhodesdale, brother in law Terry Perkins of Viola, and five half brothers and a half sister.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters Linda Jane Sherwood and Dianna Perkins.
Services will be private.
