Steven Foster's Obituary
Steven D. Foster, 58, of Harrington, DE passed away July 17, 2023 at Bayhealth Hospital-Kent Campus.
He was born on November 22, in Creston, Iowa, the son of the Dorothy Foster and the late Charles A. Foster.
In addition to his mother, Dorothy, Steven is survived by his sisters, Kathy Sterndale (Jerry) of Wilmington, DE, Peggy Barker (Troy) of Gaithersburg, MD and Jodie Sharpe (Keith) of New Castle, De. He is preceded in death by his sisters Laurie Morgan and Dianna Plunkett and his fiancé Darcy Newth.
Steve adored and loved his precious pup companions Kaution and Monster.
A Family graveside service will be held at Gracelawn Memorial Park, New Castle, DE. at a later date.
