Steven Earl Richards' Obituary
Steven Earl Richards of Laurel, DE passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, May 28, 2007 surrounded by his family and friends. He was 45.
He was born on January 4, 1962 in Milford, DE, the son of Elaine Donovan Richards of Bridgeville and the late James Edward Richards.
He was a Refrigeration Service Manager for General Refrigeration Company for over twenty-five years. He was dedicated to his job; he enjoyed doing yard work, was a huge NASCAR fan and was a wonderful devoted husband.
He is survived by his beloved wife of twenty-one years, Betty Mansfield Richards, whom he married on August 2, 1985, his two cats, Tar and Magic, his mother, Elaine Donovan Richards of Bridgeville, DE, a brother, Michael Ray Richards of Bridgeville, and a sister, Debra Rae Drummond of Bridgeville, his best friend, Blaine Addelsberger and two special friends, Lindsay Soloman and Barbara Wright, and a host of many other relatives and friends. Steven Earl will truly be missed by all who knew him, for his memory will live in our hearts forever.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. at the Framptom Funeral Home, P.A. with Joe Barth officiating. Friends may call the funeral home from 11-12p.m.
