Tamarah "Tammy" Lowe McGee's Obituary
Tamarah "Tammy" Lowe McGee,54, passed away peacefully
on September 9, 2016. Although she won many hard fought
battles and never gave up herfight, Tammy ultimately lost
her war with cancer.
Tammy was predeceased by her father Willie Lake Lowe Jr and
mother Barbara Jean Lowe. She is survived by her husband of
23 years, Brian McGee, sister Kimberly Lowe-Breiner and
husband Matthew Breiner, all of Virginia Beach.
Tammy was a 1980 graduate of Princess Anne High School.
She proudly served as a PDO for the Virginia Beach Police
Department for more than 32 years before retiring in
April of 2015.
Tammy was the strongest person those lucky enough to
have known her will ever meet and she never lost her wonder
ful sense of humor.
The family would like to extend our sincere gratitude
to Dr. Jenkins and his team for giving us an extra year
to spend with Tammy. We are also grateful to the staff at
Princess Anne Health and Rehabilitation Center for keep
ing Tammy comfortable in her final weeks.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday
September 17 at the Framptom Funeral Home. It is located
at 216 N. Main St., Federalsburg, MD 21632.
