I have known Mr Wayne since I was a little girl. He was always kind. He was a longtime friend to my Dad, Charlie Griffith and he taught my brother Dave how to do mechanical work. He had all the patience in the world. So happy for Mr Wayne as he is walking on the streets of gold today. Prayers and Hugs for all his family and friends. He will be missed!

I will always be indebted to Mr. Wayne for showing me the beginning stages of guitar chord arrangements, and for teaching me my first song: "Hang Down Your Head Tom Dooley" on the front porch of his Earl and Janet's Moore's mobile home. That was 50 years ago and I've never forgotten that Saturday afternoon over a bushel of steamed crabs.
I worked for Wayne as a teenager - very long ago - and he was always good to me and great to our family. He will be missed. Condolences to his family, you will be in our prayers.
Many years ago, Wayne and Marie made a fish pond for my Dad on Father's Day.
