Wayne Walter Poplaski's Obituary
Wayne Walter Poplaski of Federalsburg passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at his home. He was 59.
He was born on August 28,1963 in Adams, MA, the son of the late Donald Poplaski and Janina Kochanski Poplaski.
He graduated from Robert E. Lee High School with the class of 1981. He began working as an electrician and attended trade school to pursue a life-long career. He was working at Lywood Electric in Federalsburg as a project manager until his illness.
He was married to Kathryn Bullion Poplaski on his birthday on August 28, 2008.
He is survived by his wife Kathryn Poplaski of Federalsburg, five children: Steven Poplaski and his wife Autumn, Kyle Poplaski and his wife, Hailey; Zachary Longworth, Misty Miller, and Jade Lucas; eleven grandchildren: Dominique Smith and her husband Nathan, Cohen Cloxton, Giulianna Dale, Skylar Poplaski, Ethan Poplaski, Avery Cloxton, Carson Longworth, Benjamin Miller, Logan Seymore, Gavin Poplaski and Hynson Cole; and three brothers: Donnie Poplaski and his wife Teresa, Timothy Poplaski and his wife Lisa and Douglas Poplaski and his wife Margaret.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 3:00pm at the Federalsburg Volunteer Fire Company, 208 University Avenue in Federalsburg. In lieu of flowers, direct donations to the family are appreciated.
