William Horace Brandow's Obituary
William Horace (Bubby) Brandow passed away on Thursday February 13, 2025 at his home. He was the son of the late William Horace Leroy Brandow and Sara Ann Keys Brandow born March 4, 1944 at home in Wittman, Md. He attended school in Wittman and St Michaels, Maryland. He became a carpenter and and worked for several local contractors over the years including Mason & Effinger, Harry Ball and Frank E. Daffin.
He met and married the former Vivian Vorwald of Easton, Maryland On November 6, 1981 and eventually built their home on the creek in Wittman.
He enjoyed working on woodworking projects for the family and carving some decoys. He liked the fun things of Halloween and trick or treating with his granddaughter. He looked forward to Father's Day crab feasts at home. You could always see him riding his bike around Wittman or in the golf cart with the grandsons.
He was pre-deceased by his parents, his baby sister Helen Lucretia (Doll Baby), nephew Thomas Price, brothers in law Loma (Reds) Stinton and David Price.
He is survived by his wife Vivian, his children Todd Brandow (Deena) of Preston, Jennifer Moyer (Chris) of St Michaels, his three grandchildren Brianna Brandow, Will Moyer, and Quinton Moyer and his two sisters Elizabeth Stinton and Betty Price. Also several special nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday February 19, 2025 at Framptom Funeral Home -Ostrowski Chapel n St. Michaels with viewing at 10:00 and service at 11:00. Internment at Olivet Cemetery in St. Michaels and fellowship following at St. Michaels Christ Church Parish Hall.
