William H. Clarke's Obituary
William H. “Billy” Clarke of Hurlock, MD passed away on June 16, 2012 surrounded by his loving family. He was 73.
He was born July 11, 1938 in Elkton, MD, the son of the late Harold Leslie and Catherine Marie Schmick Clark.
He was a graduate of North Dorchester High School Class of 1956. He sold farm equipment for Massey-Ferguson and had worked as a journeyman at E.I. DuPont contracting with Daniels. His passion was music and he played the steel guitar with many bands and friends.
He is survived by three daughters and their spouses, Kim Lankford and Tommy of Bridgeville, DE, Kathi Bryan and Johnny of Laurel, DE, and Tina Thomas and Robby of Greenwood, DE; 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wed. June 20, 2012 at 1:00 at the Framptom Funeral Home with Rev. Denzil Cheek officiating. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Cemetery in Federalsburg. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6 -8 p.m. and on Wed. from 12- 1 p.m.
