William Lee Frampton's Obituary
William Lee Frampton passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford, DE. He was 87.
He was born on January 16, 1933, the son of the late Clarence Louelyn Frampton and Cecelia Marie (Hubbard) Frampton.
He went to Hurlock High School and he married the love of his life, Martha Lee (Clevenger) Frampton. He was an automotive mechanic for many years and he was a lifetime member of the Junior Order United American Mechanics.
He is survived by his children, Dinah Kaye Hubbard, and Octive Woodville “Woody” Frampton, grandchildren, Alec “Al” Hubbard II (Talisha), Alan Keith Hubbard (Donna), Samantha Michelle Hubbard, Shawn Lee Hubbard (Jenna), foster-granddaughters, Ashley Nicole Holland (William), and Brittany Fields, grandchildren, Bessie Lynn Frampton, Andy Rebert, Carissa Frampton, and William Bernard “Billy” Frampton, 20 great-grandchildren, aunts, Eunice Meredith, and Peggy Corkel, many nieces and nephews, and his beloved dog Willy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Martha Lee Frampton, and his grandson, Woody Jr.
A funeral service will be held on Saturay, January 16, 2021 at 1pm at Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg, MD with Reverend Buddy Dunn officiating. Friends may call on the family from 11am-1pm prior to the start of the service. Interment will be held at Bloomery Cemetery in Federalsburg, MD immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the JR.O.U.A.M. Upper Dorchester, Council #204, c/o Dinah Kaye Hubbard, Jr. Past Counsellor, 26060 Line Rd., Denton, MD 21629.
