Billy was always making people laugh , He was a very nice person. My favorite memory was when he was driving for Delmarva transportation and I was done with my morning run and he seen me at greenwood royal farms and he came up to me asking what this text was from the office so I looked at it and told him it was saying he was hitting his brakes too hard .lol😂. Boy did he have a few choice words 😂😂 But I was honor to meet Billy in this life time as we get older you realize that you come across some good people and Billy was one of them .you will be missed but not forgotten RIP my friend until we meet again And to the family I would like to send my condolences and prayers for comforting .God Bless you all 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
