William Edward Reese's Obituary
William E Reese, aged 78, passed away on December 9, 2024. He was a beloved father, husband, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Bill was born on September 21, 1946. He spent his formative years in Buffalo with his parents Matilda and Paul, sisters Dolores, Dorothy and Mary, and brothers Paul, James and John. He went on to study finance at The University at Buffalo and Bryant and Stratton and later became a Vice President. Throughout his career, he was known for his hard work, dedication, and fantastic sense of humor. Bill was also a Vietnam War veteran.
Known as Uncle Billy to many, he was a devoted father and grandfather. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren, sharing stories, playing games, and watching their favorite TV shows. He was always there to offer guidance, support, and encouragement, no matter what challenges they faced.
In his free time, Bill enjoyed model trains, music, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, and was always eager to share his knowledge and enthusiasm with others. While living in Maryland, he was an active member of his grandchildren's school groups and loved watching them in their extra-curricular activities.
Bill is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen, his children, Amanda Leffler (Shawn) and Jason Reese (Joanna Slagle) and his grandchildren, Felix, Heidi, Beatrice and Henry. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
All services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
