William (Sonny) Thomas Richardson Jr. ST MICHAELS — William (Sonny) Thomas Richardson Jr., 86, died on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Caroline County Hospice. The second child, of the late William Thomas Richardson Sr. and Harriet Anne (Marshall) Richardson. Born June 26th 1930 in Bozman Maryland, a fourth generation of Richardson’s from there. Sonny as a teen entered into his lifelong profession of plumbing and heating under the guidance of Noble Paul Seymour. March 13th 1953 Sonny married his late wife of 60 years Naomi Jane (Stacey) Richardson. In 1970 Richardson Plumbing and Heating was established, as Sonny received his Master Plumbing License. The business became incorporated in 1979 and eventually added air conditioning installation and service. Sonny enjoyed hunting, fishing, photography, gardening, woodworking and the company of his family and friends over the years. He is survived by; three children: Thomas (Tommy) Kevin Richardson and his wife Donna, William Mark Richardson and his wife Kim and Donna Jean (Richardson) Green; two sisters: Edna Mae (Richardson) Messick and Shirley Lorraine (Richardson) Fairbank; five grandchildren: Donald Jay Richardson and his wife Jodi, Timothy Wayne Richardson and his wife Tracy, Suzanne Marion (Richardson) Blackmar and her husband James, Harrison Michael Spurry III and Christa Nicole Green; and seven great-grandchildren: Tyler James Shallcross, Jasmyn Rae Richardson, Bodey Alexander Richardson, Jason Joseph Musone, Timothy Reif Richardson, Jasper James Richardson and Dalilah Jade Blackmar. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 7 at 4:00 p.m. at the Ostrowski Funeral Home P.A., 312 S. Talbot Street, St Michaels Md., followed by inurnment at St Luke's Cemetery (Mount Olivet Cemetery) 304 S. Talbot Street, St Michaels Md. Family and friends are welcome to attend a reception afterwards at the Christ Church Parish Hall, 103 Willow Street St Michaels Md. 21663. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the following; St. Michaels Fire Department, Station 40, 101 South Talbot Street St Michaels Maryland 21663, St Luke’s United Methodist Church or Christ Church.
