Beyond his professional achievements, Bill had a passion for grafting, gardening, bowling, rummy, fishing, and golfing, often sharing these moments with family and friends. His love for animals was evident in the care he gave his kitty "Pac Baby" and his pet fish, delightfully hand-feeding them in the tranquility of his outdoor pond.
