William T. Skipper's Obituary
William T. Skipper Trappe, William Thomas Skipper of Trappe died at the Talbot Hospice House, Easton on Tuesday December 8, 2015. He was 84. Born in Easton, Md. on December 4, 1931 he was the son of the late Clarence and Dimple Frazier Skipper, Mr. Skipper attended Talbot Co. Public Schools, then enlisted in the U.S. Army in November 1952. Following his release from active duty in October 1954 he returned to Talbot Co. where he began a career as a Journeyman Plummer, retiring in 2007. His wife the former Connie M. Sacilotto whom he married on August 28, 1957 died in 2002. Mr. Skipper is survived by two sons; William Skipper of Bruceville, and Kenneth Altenburg of Camden, N.J., 3 Grandchildren; Thomas “T.Jâ€. Skipper of St. Michaels, Matt Altenburg, and Danny Altenburg both of Colorado, 3 Great-Grandchildren Little Danny, Brylee, and Connie Lee. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. In addition to his beloved wife, and parents he was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister. Graveside service will be held at the Windy Hill Cemetery, on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at 12:00PM. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Talbot Hospice Foundation 586 Cynwood Drive Easton, MD. 21601. Arrangements are by the Ostrowski Funeral Home P.A. St. Michaels, MD.
