William A. Noble's Obituary
William A. Noble of Federalsburg, Maryland, passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2012. He was 84 years old.
He was born on August 20, 1927 on the family farm in Federalsburg to the late Roland Kemp Noble and Mary Magdaline Lowe Noble. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elva Ruth Harding Noble on November 1, 1999. He was a farmer, truck driver, and was also an employee at Solo Cup Company. He loved crabbing, fishing, and all his “grandbabies”.
He is survived by his two daughters, Jane Matthews and her husband Charlie of Federalsburg MD, and Judy Lednum and her husband Robert of Tilghman, MD. Seven grandchildren Jeff Matthews, Chip Matthews, Robert Bryan Lednum, Billy Lednum, David Lednum, Sherry Lednum, Amy Peugh, thirteen great grandchildren Jeff Matthews Jr., Cynthia Lednum, Tabitha Lednum, Daphne Murphy, Cassie Murphy, Dylon Bowman, Dakota Bowman, Timothy McNeil, Kristin Lednum, Logan Peugh, Emily Peugh, Clarrisa Peugh, Brianna Peugh, and one due at any time, also one great great grandchild Riley Matthews, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a great grandson, Jonathon Lednum.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 1pm at Framptom Funeral Home, P.A. in Federalsburg, MD with Bishop Ray Parsons officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Federalsburg, MD. Friends may call at Framptom Funeral Home, P.A. on Friday April 13, 2012 from 7 to 9 pm, and on Saturday from 12 to 1 pm.
