Wm. Jason Lord's Obituary
Wm. Jason "J-Bird" Lord of Federalsburg, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford. He was 40 years old.
He was born on January 27, 1976 in Easton, the son of William H. Lord and Deborah K. Gadow.
Jason graduated from Colonel Richardson High Class of 1994. After graduation, he entered the United States Marine Corp, where he served from 1995 to 1999. Upon his discharge from the military, Jason went to work as a Sales Executive for Preston Automotive Group, where he was employed for a number of years. He was currently employed as a Sales Marketer for Sherwood's Auto Outlet 99 of Cambridge. Some of Jason's favorite pastimes include fishing and music especially drumming.
He is survived by his father William "Billy" Lord and his wife Linda of Ocean City, his mother Deborah K. Sheets of Punta Gordo Isles, FL, a daughter Madison Lynn Rudder of Easton, his grandmother Dorothy Ann Lord of Federalsburg, and his girlfriend Jennifer Farina of Federalsburg, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Richard and Lucy Gadow and his paternal grandfather Earl Lord.
Services will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 12 p.m. at the Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg with Pastor Marie Colbourne officiating. Interment will follow at Concord Cemetery in Denton. Family will receive friends two hours prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Federalsburg VFW Post#5246, 2630 Veterans Dr, Federalsburg, MD 21632.
