Frank used to come to Boston ,to ride, and assist us at fires when we were employed by the Boston Fire Department. Frank had a tremendous work ethic. Paul Moore, and Rick Quinlan were in Frank's military unit in Vietnam along with Jim Boudreau.(7TH Marines Ist Marine Division) Paul, Rick and Brian Tuohy (9th Marines, 3rd Marine Division)all were employed as Firefighter's after they left the Marine Corps. We made numerous visits to St. Michaels, Md. We had many fond memories with Frank in his volunteer job as Chief of St. Michaels FD, and in his boat Blue Crabbing and oystering on Chesapeake Bay. A true Waterman! We also visited while he was farming at his brother in laws. Frank was a great man. our friend, and will be missed by all!

Frankly used to crab right by our house. I enjoyed hearing his boat come up Long Haul Cove and he always gave me a wave. He was a kind and gentle giant. He always had a hug for me. Rest in peace dear friend.❤️
