Barbara was one of the sweetest people we ever knew. Her kindness and gentleness preceded her wherever she went. We enjoyed many times together with her and Melvin. We will miss our dear friend until we meet again in Heaven. Condolences to Steward, Traci, and Shane.

I met Barbara when we both worked at Lighthouse Academy. We became friends right away. Then, years later my Mom was traveling alone on a missionary trip, and Barbara and Melvin were on the same trip. They ended up taking my Mom under their wing as they traveled together. I was relieved. Have loved Barbara ever since we met. My condolences to her family. She's at home with Jesus.
