Betty Prettyman Black of Easton died at Talbot Hospice House on Tuesday October 3, 2023. She was 100 years old. She was born on Tilghman Island on June 27, 1923 the daughter of the late John and Helen May Prettyman. Following her Read Obituary
So sorry to hear of the loss of Aunt Betty. She was s lovely lady and I will always remember her. Will keep all of my cousins in my prayers during this time.

I will miss visiting Betty whenever we go to MD. Her Mother and My grandmother were sisters, and my father took me to visit she and her family, her Mother Aunt Helen Prettyman-who played the organ at TUMC, my whole life in Tilghman, and our great-grandmother-Lizzie May. Those are memories I am so grateful for, and will never forget. Rest in peace, Betty.🙏🏽✝️️
I loved taking Aunt Betty to lunch. We would sit and giggle like little girls. She would tell me stories about the family, Tilghman, and her memories of her younger life. She had a wonderful sense of humor and always made sure she looked her best.
I sure will miss Miss Betty and her daughters , every time I smell estau Lauder powder you all will come to mind!
Enjoyed meeting Miss Betty and her daughters at the end of her life. My sympathies to her family.
