I loving memory of our Uncle Charles, God received a wonderful angel and one day we will see you again.

Charles-my husband, my friend-you were the love of my life. We had 7 years of marriage filled with love and devotion. Charles enjoyed taking drives on the back roads and I always prayed we could get home with his directions as I was not familiar with where we were. He would grin and laugh at me as we always found our way home. We would take picnic lunches to sit by the many wharfs and parks he knew along the waters of the eastern shore. We loved sitting in our backyard swing watching his garden grow and the beautiful sunsets. I would read the Bible and the Daily Bread to him in the evenings to relax. I will miss his wit and those half-grins he gave us all. I know he is with the Lord and I will be with him again some glad day.
I had the pleasure to know Mr. Charlie my entire life. He was a man of few words. I also had him as a patient during his non verbal stage. You could read his face- it said it all! My sincere condolences to his family.
I had the pleasure working with Mr. Pugh and I admired his dedication, hard work and his sense humor. While he was non-verbal, he got his point across one way or another. Even during his frail stage of life always gave everything his all. The love Mr. and Mrs. Pugh had for each other would always make me giggle. She would fuss over him, taking care of him, make sure everything was just so. And the way he would look at her, hold her hand, and smile at her out of love and appreciation. Then he would do something to mess up everything she just placed in front of him to get her fussing again. I caught few smiles from him doing so, he enjoyed her making fuss over him. May he rest in peace. Prayers to Mrs. Pugh and his family, Mr. Pugh was a good man.
