My condolences to Wayne's family and friends. I am sad to read about Wayne and wife's passing. I met Wayne Sutphin and his son, Daniel, while employed at Talbot Co. Environmental Health Office. In some ways, Wayne reminded me of my dad, hardworking and didn't tolerate foolishness. It's been over 15 yrs since I last spoke with Wayne, though I wish I had the opportunity to say "hi" once more.
