Charlotte will be missed. I enjoyed the times that I saw her in the hair shop. Just recently I found out with the passing of my mom that Charlotte knew my maternal grandmother and great grandmother. May you rest in peace.

Charlotte was a lifelong friend - a 2nd Mom to me. She and Edward were my parents' dear friends and they were always part of my life. When I came back to Delaware after years out of state, I reconnected with Charlotte and we had some wonderful times together in recent years. I will miss her so very much. She was a dear and true friend.
