To the family and loved ones of my service comrade, I send my deepest sorrow for George Eddie's loss to his earthly ventures of life. He was an old friend back in the days of the 195th Heavy Mortor Company in North Haverhill, NH. He was at that time my leader on our forwarded firing observer of the 4.2 mortars. We had some wonderful times back in the days of Camp Drum in up state New Your, and of course the trips over roads to that endeavor. We were one of the most successful Mortar Companys and always achieved excellence in our efforts due to his leadership. George, of course was a teacher to me in my young age, of 19, churning around on the local streets in my 52 Buick Coupe. I had some nice phone conversations with George back in the days of my assignement at the Pentagon (70-71). I thank George, for giving me good leadership in the childhood days of my life. God Bless and my best Fraternal thoughts of you in your place with that heavenly Father.

Natalie and Family: We were surprised and shocked to read of George's passing in the local Bridge Weekly. I will always be reminded of how tall and stately George appeared when he stood beside Aunt Sadie-of course I was about 4 ft tall myself. Butch and I offer our thoughts and prayers to you and the entire family. Be well and savor the memories.

I am sorry for your loss. I had George both as my Scoutmaster and as my Commanding Officer in the National Guard and had a lot of respect for him. I am also a memeber of Pulaske Lodge and had the Honor of being present when he received his 50 yrs pin.##imported-begin##Jim Dudley##imported-end##
