Donald George Ruths, Sr. of Federalsburg passed away on Sat. Feb. 1, 2014 at Envoy of Denton. He was 86. He was born Aug. 22, 1927 in Pasadena, MD, the son of the late Ernest G. and Irene Lithicum Ruths. He served his country in Read Obituary
He was a great person ,and I love him so much . I loved spending time with him, taking naps with him ,and putting little plays on for him with my cousin.
We were just informed last night through word of mouth beginning with the Anne Arundel County fire department chaplain, thankfully now being passed along to the rest of the family of the passing of my Great Uncle Donald Ruths, Sr. It is with great sadness and a heavy heart for my entire family about the passing of my Great Uncle. Our deepest sympathies for his immediate family.

We miss the times when Mr. Donald would bring his pickup truck, loaded with scrap metal, to our shop to see if we needed anything from it. He was so sweet and kind and always had a story to tell. He bragged on his family and shared funny anecdotes his daily life that would make us laugh along with him. This one thing I know for sure, he loved his grandchildren more than anything in the world. May precious memories flood your heart and bring you peace in the days and years to come.
