Frances and Bob are neighbors in St. Michaels and were so kind to my Mother after my Father died years ago. Frances and Bob often looked in on Mother, and Frances was a treasured friend of Mom's, they were two of a kind and we will miss her spirit and kindness very much. Our deepest sympathies to Bob and the family.
Frances was my neighbor while growing up in Preston. I shall always remember as a fun loving and caring person.
