Jack and I bunked together in basic at Fort Bragg, after Bragg , we both ended up in Vietnam, he showed up at Fort Hood tx. and said hello , never saw him againhowever my mom and Jacks mom exchanged card for years because of our 9weeks of friend ship, he has always been in my prayers and I was a better person for his friendship My prayers are with his family
I will always have my memories of Jack in our younger years. After Danny died, we sort of lost touch as alot of us have. They were definately a pair for many years. Let's just hope they find each other again. When I think of Danny, Jack has always been my next thought. May he rest in peace and meet up with his friend. That reunion should really be something! So sorry for your loss

Jack Jones was one of a kind. When I was a kid, he never hesitated to take me hunting with him, or to share his knowledge of working on the water with me. He was always there to lend a hand whenever needed. He was one of the true down home Neavitt guys. He was the one who gave me a nickname that has stuck with me for almost 40 years ( pickle head ). Thank you Jack for the Memories.
