Jamie was a loyal friend through and through. We lived across from Ralph Cummings, best buddy of Jamie, and every week Jamie would roll up in his pickup to visit Ralph, bring him his cigarettes, get his groceries, and bring him up to date with all the goings on.
Jamie took care of Ralph's affairs after Ralph died and didn't stop before he had made sure Ralph was resting in peace. No better friend could he have been.
