James Kennedy Wrightson's Obituary
James K. Wrightson passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2017.
The son of the late Sydney Meredith Wrightson and Phyllis Knox Kennedy, he was a long time resident of Trappe, MD.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance, but his love for many years was landscaping. He loved being outdoors planting his vast garden and helping others landscape their property, which he always had great ideas for. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family, and his morning gossip session and coffee at Town and Country. He will truly be missed by all.
He leaves behind a sister, Sydney Wrightson Tibbits and her husband Al, three nieces, a nephew, two great-nieces, and a great-nephew, and the love of his life Lilly and his four legged buddy Sir Barry.
He was cared for by his long time neighbors Carol and Tommy.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
