John Gadsby was a great humanitarian and quite a humorous joke teller. I met him when he gave me a position at Juvenile Justice and when I left several years later and throughout the years (more than 15) he was always available to talk to me from whatever state I lived in about programs to assist our youth. I found out of his passing, today as I was about to send him ANOTHER email on his successful School Suspension Program and Arbitration Policies.Quite the innovator on Juvenile Justice he will certainly be missed by Baltimore and Maryland's Juvenile Justice Systems. Condolences and peace to his family.
