I am very sorry to hear of John's passing. I knew him from when we were in high school together. I would see him from time to time over the years at my kid's swim meets. He always had a kind word and genuinely took interest in others. He was always quick to lend a hand to anyone in need. He will be dearly missed. May he go with God to his Heavenly reward.

I met John thru DE State HS Golf and we had a great time competing against each other. John was also a founding member of the board for the Delaware Interscholastic golf coaches association- which I had the privilege to serve on with him. He cared so deeply about golf in the State of DE, he was such a great golf coach and role model, he truly cared so much for his kids on his team – and loved and respected the game of golf and what it stood for. He won the NCAA Div III National Collegiate Golf Championship. I will always cherish our golf matches and conversations.
