So sorry to hear this I had wondered what had happened to him since I hadnt seen him in awhile around Seaford or Federalsburg he was a fine gentleman and always very pleasent and would frequent the Uncle Willies in Fed daily before work and sometimes after I use to just call him Palmer. RIP Palmer
I worked with Mr. John at Maryland Plastics. He helped me with several projects over the years. He was an excellent welder. He was the chief steward for the union. He was always fair and kind. He showed me that a man can be strong and kind. My condolence to the family.

Mr. Carroll as I called him, was a very pleasant man. He was so funny just love talking with him whenever I had an opportunity to do so. I recall asking during one of my visit Mr. Carroll do you know who I am he looked up at me as if to say what in the world is wrong with you I know who you are, you are Gwen's daughter Kim, and we laugh. He will be forever missed. Family be encourage CP is at rest now God got him, and you all as well. Love you all Mrs. Ruby, Carolyn, John, and Zack be strong one for another and know this to shall pass.
