Kathy was always more than a friend to me. We met in 1960 and became friends for life - I asked her two weeks ago to save a seat for me in heaven. We have laughed and cried together over the years - she was the friend that was always there. I know you girls have far more memories of this wonderful woman - they will help you through this trying time. God bless you and your families. Kathy was the sweetest person. Always happy and smiling. She loved her Ronnie. I met her when my mother married her brother, Frank. She and Ronnie are in heaven together. Condolences to April and Rhonda and rest of family.
Very sorry to see this. Met Kathy when she and her Mom lived next to my grandparents in Greensboro. Worked with her at Peoples, then Mercantile, over 10 years. Last time we talked on the phone, I told her I thought of her as my sister. She’s with her husband, Ronnie, now. I know she missed him. Prayers for her daughters and family.
