What an amazing man. I have very fond memories from my childhood of the Frase family. From the taking turns sitting on the ice cream maker to going to Harrington fair. Mr Leroy was full of love. He is now home with Mrs. Barb and Terri. Thank you for years of smiles, you will be truly missed.
