My sincere condolences for your loss. Chief Evans was kind, warm hearted man. He always made sure we knew he was their when it was time to close Connelly's market when I worked there many years ago. I will never forget the times you would pull up beside me in town, just look and shake his head and tell me the speed limit is 25 not 30. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. He will truly be missed.
